Oh man that was some weird shit.

FlyAKiteOSX changes the overall appearence of Windows, from the boot screen right down to the icons, and does an amazing job. Try it out, it's easy to uninstall.

All you said is that it changes the appearence, I want to know what to.
I worked hard on my current theme, I actually made it.
I edited Royale Noir to have better logon/off and shutdown/restart/standby/hibernate buttons in WindowsBlinds, even though through a bit of ResHacking you can get the same result, then edited a Vista IconTweaker pack to have 2 extra icons I created from the My Computer icon, and the My Pictures icon. They have SA on them ^_^. I also made the 'Internet' icon change to FF's icon instead. I then exported all of that into a Windows XP compatible Theme file, then converted that into an exe file. Hard work. I ain't doing that again.
