PostSubject: I'm gonna dualboot Ubuntu but   24/08/08, 08:25 am
The problem is that my dics drive is broken, I can only read discs, not write them, so I can't make a live CD, and my Mum won't let me give out our telephone number and if I can't fake it as it might be a confirmation call.

So, how do I get Ubuntu running as a dual-booted OS, using only the file itself, 2 memory sticks (1GB, and 2GB), and a 500GB external hard drive which is what I intend to install it on.

Nevermind, my Dad's let me use the downstairs PC to make the Live CD.
